Whiskey Bay Roasting Company was started to provide our customers an alternative coffee selection that provides high quality coffee at an affordable price. Our local Louisiana owners plan to continue to introduce new selections of coffees from around the world. Our first coffee types are available as ground coffee in fractional packs, but look for our single cup, whole bean, and reserve coffees coming in the future!
Whiskey Bay's name originated from the beautiful sunrises that begin each day on the bayou to be enjoyed with a great cup of coffee!

A premium coffee varietal with medium-bodied, rich bright aroma. The 100% Colombian beans are roasted to produce this well-known, sweetly balanced, very smooth coffee. It is rich in aroma with a distinguished flavor that is unique to Colombian beans.
Medium Roast; available in fractional pack sizes of 1.5 or 2.0 ounce, 42 packs per case.
This is our version of a donut shop blend. This French Roast has a velvety body and soft smoky flavor roasted exactly to the right "dark, but not too dark" roast. It is one of the smoothest French Roasts you will ever drink.
Dark Roast; available in 2.0 ounce fractional pack, 42 packs per case.
This is a premium blend, full bodied, rich aromatic coffee. A velvety smooth medium-dark roast coffee blend which is tantalizingly rich and aromatic. A wonderful choice for those who like the subtle taste of a darker roast coffee.
